First they don’t call back then they blame other people then they loose your keys then they make you wait two hours to make new keys that don’t fit properly. Also dodge doesn’t stand behind their recalls a then they loose your keys then they make you wait two hours to make new keys that don’t fit properly. Also dodge doesn’t stand behind their recalls and had to fight with them for almost three months and nothing got done they charged $149 for the diagnostic and that only includes plugging it into a computer to see the trouble codes no investigating what happened or taking anything apart. I could check the trouble codes at auto zone for free. . Dodge feels since the airbag deployed for no reason the recall has been fulfilled and there is no further danger to me.I will never buy a Dodge Chrysler or Jeep again. And being a car guy will always let friends know not to buy them either. More
