To get my car repaired recently, I made five trips. Going into the body shop was the only way to get an update. Twice I brought the car home because no one had time to work on it. If my car was not on warrantly, I would not go back to your shop. I never got a call telling me the part was in. I think service could be improved. Continus bad experience I came in for a oil change i asked the rep to make sure the service techs actually top off all the fluids and actually perform the service checks as i I came in for a oil change i asked the rep to make sure the service techs actually top off all the fluids and actually perform the service checks as it says they are suppose to i also asked that they put a service sticker in the window so i know when to get my next oil change Which they havent done the last few times not only did they not top off the fluids or add the air to tires to meet the standards they didnt put the service sticker once again this is a reoccuring issue i tried to speak to rep to let him know my issues before hand he noted then on the paper work but they werent done the rep gave good service but the techs failed again More

I left my car for oil change and when i asked if they also was the cars the response was “no, don’t push your luck”. What made me think what about luck when others do a complete work of oil changes rotate of tires check fluids and so on and a complementary clean to detail the vehicles. That’s the case with Toyota Nissan and Honda from my personal experience. Not 100% happy More

How long it’s taking to get my car fix. I bought my car in the shop on 10/30/19 for a recall and for my heat not working. I kept calling that day to see if it was ready. My service person said he was waiting for my warranty to approve my claim for the heating system. Finally said to leave my car until the next day maybe the will have it approved. I called back the next day the were still waiting for approval. I told the to give me the warranty phone number. I called hey said they will have Peter call the dealer. I waited for a few more hours and they said they was still waiting for the warranty place to call. The service man said they told him he had to put a claim in on the computer before they can approve. I told him I have to take my car because I will be having surgery on 11/5/19. He said he thought they had the part for my heating system but the didn’t. Said it would take about 2 weeks. They repaired the re-call and I took my car. My service man said they will call my husband when part comes in. After all I went through with my service person he still showed me excellent customer service. This is why I really cannot get upset with him. More
Worst service ever. My car was there for over a month and nobody updated me on anything. I kept having to call to get anything done, whenever I was even able to get through. I missed 10 total days of work. Nobody ever returns your call or has any sense of urgency for that matter. Not even a week after my car got “fixed” and the same problem came back even worse after spending over $6000 on a brand new transmission. I just want my car fixed, which San Leandro CDJR seems too incompetent to do so. If I didn’t already have to, I would much rather never have to deal with this establishment at all. This dealership and especially it’s service department has successfully turned me against buying any Dodge Chrysler, Jeep or Ram branded vehicle. I will get rid of my Dodge as soon as I can. More

They couldn’t explain to me why only that the parts were not on yet. So why have me come in and wast my time and money. More
