Everybody I spoke with (~4 people) seemed really upset and extremely confused that they had to pay for my rental car even though I was there to correct a recall on my vehicle. I had to wait in my car for and extremely confused that they had to pay for my rental car even though I was there to correct a recall on my vehicle. I had to wait in my car for 45 minutes before anybody would even speak to me. And nobody called me when it was ready. when I went to pick it up and made me wait another 20 minutes just to bring my car around. They did give me the proof of correction that I needed l. And they did end up paying for my rental car. But I didn’t appreciate how the one service advisor was getting really upset at me and being rude. Also, didn’t apologize for being rude after he realized that he was wrong. A simple acknowledgment that he was wrong and didn’t intend to be so rude Would’ve gone a long way. customer service is everything And they did not have a good customer service. More

I went to pick it up and they handed me the paperwork and went and got my jeep, handed me the keys and said there you go - your jeep is over there. Iooked at the paperwork and it appears they didnt have the parts to finish one of the recalls - i asked if i was reading it correctly and they said yes. I asked "were you not going to go over this with me? and the service manager said - oh yea, i was just about to do that - BS! they already handed me the keys and pointed me to my jeep. needless to say i will never go there again. btw - i spent over 80,000 on my wifes jeep from this dealer in 2020. I will buy my next vehicle somewhere else More
I scheduled an online appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived at the service dept, I was told that “oil changes” are on a “first come-first served” basis. He stated I could either w tire rotation. When I arrived at the service dept, I was told that “oil changes” are on a “first come-first served” basis. He stated I could either wait the 4 hours or come back another day in the morning. I asked him what was the point of scheduling an appointment, and didn't say anything. I then asked about the tire rotation and was told that was also the case. There should be something on-line that tells you that you are wasting your time scheduling oil changes online. Terrible service!! More

No respect, don't care at all attitude! The minute you signed that purchase contract you are on your own. FCA products sell not because of their reliability but huge incentives. I Purchased a brand new Jeep Cherokee from them and experience nothing but problems. I spent almost every other week for 6 months back and forth (70 miles one trip from my home) to fix the problems with no resolution whatsoever. I cut $5,000 (9 months depreciation) loss and purchased a used Lexus RX 350. Took my Lexus to two different Lexus dealers. Man what a day and night with FCA dealerships. I experience Amazing with Lexus! No more FCA products or now Stellantis for me. You should too for your own benefits. P.S. I still smile until today every time I see my Lexus. More
I took my car in to get serviced for the airbag light that kept coming on and my check engine light. Both got fixed the same day and I was very pleased with their customer service as other CDJR dealershi that kept coming on and my check engine light. I made an appointment for March 15, 2021 with Chris for service for my Jeep Compass at 10am. I was told to wait in the waiting room which was no problem. My husband arrived nearly 40 minutes waiting Chris called for another customer. My husband asked him how much longer would it be? Chris responded, what! Aggressively and very disrespectful. My husband doesn't like dealing with uneducated, unprofessional, ignorant and ungodly workers. I drove out to San Leandro and this is why I don't like doing business in cities. We walked out. If you work hard for your money you should be treated with respect, besides their not the only game in town. In Orinda, Ca there's always specialist who would welcome your business and do a fantastic job especially, in customer service. More
