They weren’t able to solve the issue which I believe is a manufacturing issue. Incidentally a couple of days later I received a notification that there was an air tag placed on my car. Did research and foun manufacturing issue. Incidentally a couple of days later I received a notification that there was an air tag placed on my car. Did research and found other stories of this happening at dealerships in other places. Targeting for theft. Unknown but coincidental. I was unable to locate the air tag. Air was checked in tires but wasn’t reset so I had to go to another Honda dealer to get them reset. Communications issues between workers at SF Honda. Right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. This also happened when I bought the car so this is on going. More

My appointment was for a recall for greasing the gearbox. The work was done in a few hours and I was given a lift back home and back to pick up my car at the shop. Great service! I scheduled an A16 maintenance appointment for 8:00 a. m. on Jan 31. I arrived about 10 minutes early and was advised that my car would be ready by 1:00 p.m. because there was something like 13 cars ahead m. on Jan 31. I arrived about 10 minutes early and was advised that my car would be ready by 1:00 p.m. because there was something like 13 cars ahead of me... even though i had an appointment. I decided I didn't want to wait, so I took an Uber home. My car ended up being ready at 10:10. I can wait around for two hours, but not five. I understand part of the service was to check my battery, which is in the trunk. i don't have a lot of things in my trunk, but very little care was given to putting anything back the way it was. Overall, from my smile-less experience with my advisor to my smile-less experience with the young man who fetched my car, I don't think I'll be back. I'll go back to Marin Acura, even though it's a lot farther away. They're a lot more efficient and friendly. More
