I called to check availability for a basic service, and I was told I could bring my car right away. The service would only take up to 1-1/2 hours. I advised the staff that I would wait in the waiting room fo was told I could bring my car right away. The service would only take up to 1-1/2 hours. I advised the staff that I would wait in the waiting room for my car. However, the service took almost 4 hours as I was put on the lowest priority, without being told that until I started asking when my car would be ready. As a loyal Honda customer, I was very disappointed with the lack of honesty. More

My recent experience with San Francisco Honda's service department was excellent. I can not thank them enough. Especially Eric Tom. Eric was the person who first helped me when I brought my car in f department was excellent. I can not thank them enough. Especially Eric Tom. He was also the person who continued to be in contact with me throughout the day, and made my entire experience very pleasant - even though no one expects. car repairs to actually be "pleasant", lol.
