I was very happy with the service rep and the actual service, but it was very busy and an 11:15 appointment for an oil change ended up taking three hours. Horrible service. .never again....Jeff was no help at all..charged me $100 for diagnostics but wouldn't tell me exactly what they found ...he told me, the mechanic didn .never again....Jeff was no help at all..charged me $100 for diagnostics but wouldn't tell me exactly what they found ...he told me, the mechanic didn't have enough time to run the full diagnostics ...why charge for diagnostics when you cant give customer a full report of the issue !!..car also needed oil serives, charged another $100 for that..in total I paid $240 for an oil service ..took my car to fremont honda service center the next day, they ran the diagnostics and found the issue and fixed it 2 hours ... More
