San Francisco Honda

The Start/Stop button was not working in my HRV. I called in to Honda and was able to make an appointment at 9th Ave., SF. I brought my car in the shop and found that they are very busy. I don't think my car will be fix unit late evening. Then I got a call from the service advisor around 3+ hours later. He told me my problem was fix and no cost to me. Beside the Start button problem, they also fixed my entry door security light problem. That is beyond my expectation. This Honda location has some good stuffs. More

I purchased my vehicle in May 2024 and have visited the service center 4 times. Xavier in service is exceptional. The other members of the team do a great job.
