Adam and Eric T are by far the two WORST service advisers I’ve ever dealt with. They held my car for 8 days, had me go down there several times, and refused to grant my wheel and rim protection that I PAID F I’ve ever dealt with. Not only that but they damaged TWO OF MY RIMS putting new tires on and refuse to get that fixed as well. I will be contacting management and corporate about this because it’s completely unacceptable. I paid for a service/ protection for my wheels and getting refused what I paid for is robbery. I’ve been a long time Honda/Acura client and this has me thinking I won’t be buying these cars anymore. Hopefully action will take place because these two service advisers are in the wrong business… More
I had the B1 and transmission fluid done. I was under the impression that fluids such as wiper, radiator and brake fluid were topped off. I brought in my car because when I called I was told it would be looked at that same day- Saturday. When I arrived I was told it wouldn't be looked at until Monday. If in had known I wouldn't have brought it to you. More importantly you misdiagnosed the issue, quoting me at least $4200 in repairs. I was still charged $275 to have it looked at. I then brought it to my local mechanic who was able to fix it for a fraction of the cost and found that it was not the problem that Honda had told me it was. More
