I had an bad experience today with a salesperson that, in my opinion, became very unprofessional. I do negotiate a lot when it comes to purchasing a car.... but this person was unable to just say "no", and t my opinion, became very unprofessional. I do negotiate a lot when it comes to purchasing a car.... but this person was unable to just say "no", and they kept stringing me along. Every time I asked to leave, I was met with resistance, and another trip into the back room, where they came out with very little pricing progress. At the end of it all, rather than just saying "no, we can't do that" they accused me of wasting their time. Buyer beware! More

Eric T and Adam are the worst service advisors I ever dealt with. They are rude, they damaged my car, lied to me about repairs and refused to grant services I paid for.
