Worst service department experience I have had in 40+ year of car ownership. It's not that the service was bad, it was non-existent. I brought my Jeep in with an appointment and after sitting there for year of car ownership. It's not that the service was bad, it was non-existent. I brought my Jeep in with an appointment and after sitting there for 8 days, nobody even looked at it. After the second day without any updates, I started calling and leaving messages, many messages! It took two more days before I finally got someone to answer the phone. But that is only because I called the sales department. They pick up on the first ring in Sales. Bottom line is that dealership only cares about sales, so don't expect any support from the service department. I bought my Jeep at this dealership, and it was a good experience. But there is something wrong with the management of the service department if a customer's vehicle can sit there for 8 days without looking at it and diagnosing the problem, let alone completing the repairs. I am still waiting for a call and apology from the service manager Todd Hatch. But I guess being without my Jeep for 8 days doesn't matter to him. More
Made an appointment for time for service. Promptly processed and gave an accurate time for work to be completed. Texted me when done and quickly off the lot. My July 26, 2023, servicing was excellent. I rate 3-stars to average out the worst customer-care treatment I experienced from my February 14, 2023 service.
