Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and refused to communicate about my car repairs. He said I can pay out of pocket for a rental ($50 a day) and he doesn't see the problem. This manager only corresponded via text. Absolutely, unprofessional and at time sarcastic. We have live in several states and this is the worst experience we have had with a Dodge Dealership. Except for YaYa who tried to assist us and was very kind. More

I had already planned on doing so and had gotten preliminary pricing elsewhere. Daejon found better tires at a better price than I had planned on paying to another tire company. My tire replacement and oil service were done quickly, and they even washed my very dirty Jeep prior to my picking up! More
