Last time I took my car in to San Diego Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for 3 repairs and brought it home with 6 new issues (like 3 years ago). Took over 9 more visits to get the new issues fixed. Took it back Jeep Ram for 3 repairs and brought it home with 6 new issues (like 3 years ago). Took over 9 more visits to get the new issues fixed. Took it back 5 times to try and get my AC fixed (was working when I brought it in). Every time, the techs said it was something different and I would have to make another appointment to bring it in. The last time, their techs said the problem was my instrument cluster and told me it could not be fixed...SORRY!. I finally, took my car to an electrical repair shop and they fixed it in less than an hour. Come to find out, SD Chrysler techs had left a wire disconnected under the dash. I brought the repair bill to the Dealership GM and he reimbursed me for the cost. Then he told me I could never bring my car back to SD Chrysler for repairs (even though I bought it there new and have a Lifetime Powertrain and Lifetime Added Care Plus Warrantee). He said my 2008 Chrysler 300 is too old and they refuse to work on it any longer. The General Manager told me I would have to find another dealership to have my warrantee work done. More
Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and refused to communicate about my car repairs. In addition the manager mocked the fact that we are a military family who was going to miss a Thanksgiving gatherin communicate about my car repairs. In addition the manager mocked the fact that we are a military family who was going to miss a Thanksgiving gathering because we had no vehicle for my family. He said I can pay out of pocket for a rental ($50 a day) and he doesn't see the problem. This manager only corresponded via text. Absolutely, unprofessional and at time sarcastic. We have live in several states and this is the worst experience we have had with a Dodge Dealership. Except for YaYa who tried to assist us and was very kind. More

Everytime I have taken my ram in for service. The staff has been friendly, courteous, and explain in detail about what's is happening with your vehicle. Top notch grew. It was time for my oil change on my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and the Dealership reached out to me to schedule my appointment on the very day I intended to call. I was able to schedule the appointment for the next morning and received exceptional service from Daejon. He facilitated the service, and he noted that my tires were close to needing to be replaced. I had already planned on doing so and had gotten preliminary pricing elsewhere. Daejon found better tires at a better price than I had planned on paying to another tire company. My tire replacement and oil service were done quickly, and they even washed my very dirty Jeep prior to my picking up! More
