They told me my car was already done and I was ready for pick up. I told the person at the counter. How could it be done if it’s still in the same place I parked it, then he said oh my bad they’ll get it right in and should be done another two hours. At this time I was pissed because I told him I had to be somewhere. I had the same issue last time I brought it in for service. I made an appointment and when I came back around two hours later, they still did not touch my vehicle so I had to take it to another dealer . The only reason I went back is because I paid for the oil change and rotation when I bought the vehicle, but I will not be taking my car back there again. More
