They told me it’ll be done in two hours. I came back in two hours, and my car was still parked in the same spot. I replied to the text for updates and asked how much longer my car will be done. They told me my car was already done and I was ready for pick up. I told the person at the counter. How could it be done if it’s still in the same place I parked it, then he said oh my bad they’ll get it right in and should be done another two hours. At this time I was pissed because I told him I had to be somewhere. I had the same issue last time I brought it in for service. I made an appointment and when I came back around two hours later, they still did not touch my vehicle so I had to take it to another dealer . The only reason I went back is because I paid for the oil change and rotation when I bought the vehicle, but I will not be taking my car back there again. More
I have two cars need to be serviced So I took them both one after one to San Diego Jeep 2023 wrangler 4xe and 2023 grand Cherokee 4xe and that when I met with Kathleen the service advisor. she was awesome, one after one to San Diego Jeep 2023 wrangler 4xe and 2023 grand Cherokee 4xe and that when I met with Kathleen the service advisor. she was awesome, experience, and a great customer service. Jeep did not know how to fix my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The exact wording was we refuse to work on the car "please take to an electrician shop, they might know better on this issue". I was sold a Raptor with a clear Carfax, but found out it was involved in an accident after trying to trade it in. Last time I took my car in to San Diego Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for 3 repairs and brought it home with 6 new issues (like 3 years ago). Took over 9 more visits to get the new issues fixed. Took it back Jeep Ram for 3 repairs and brought it home with 6 new issues (like 3 years ago). Took over 9 more visits to get the new issues fixed. Took it back 5 times to try and get my AC fixed (was working when I brought it in). Every time, the techs said it was something different and I would have to make another appointment to bring it in. The last time, their techs said the problem was my instrument cluster and told me it could not be fixed...SORRY!. I finally, took my car to an electrical repair shop and they fixed it in less than an hour. Come to find out, SD Chrysler techs had left a wire disconnected under the dash. I brought the repair bill to the Dealership GM and he reimbursed me for the cost. Then he told me I could never bring my car back to SD Chrysler for repairs (even though I bought it there new and have a Lifetime Powertrain and Lifetime Added Care Plus Warrantee). He said my 2008 Chrysler 300 is too old and they refuse to work on it any longer. The General Manager told me I would have to find another dealership to have my warrantee work done. More
