I sold my Jeep just a few months after purchase and have been trying to get my refund on my extra Warranty that I purchased for thousands of dollars. I have been getting the run around since August 2019 and it is now Christmas. I friend received their refund from Toyota with 2 weeks of filing for the claim for refund. I am frustrated beyond words and am now filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Beware of service at this location. More

We visited 3 other dealers before stopping in to San Diego Jeep. The experience was "perfect" copying a quote. He listened, understood I had already researched my options and did not hesitate to order the vehicle I had spent months researching and waiting for. Throughout the order and delivery Curt kept me updated on the process of my Gladiator and made the delivery with no surprises or drama. Very happy I decided to drive to San Diego Jeep from North County, the experience was well worth it. More

They did not want to deal but after looking at the 3 dealers and contacting San Diego Jeep we talked to Marc in Sales and he came back with the Best Price for just what we asked for. We drove over 3 1/2 hours down to pick up our New Jeep and had a Great Experience. I would Highly Recommend Marc in Sales as he explained the SUV And gave us the Best Price the first time not playing games. Leo in Finance was excellent to deal with as well. Thank you! Again More
A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME Simply the most ridiculous and disrespectful customer service experience I have had in my adult life. It started on 6/3/19 when I agreed to purchase a Simply the most ridiculous and disrespectful customer service experience I have had in my adult life. It started on 6/3/19 when I agreed to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. After having the car checked out by my mechanic, signing paperwork, and giving them a $ 1000.00 check as a down payment on the vehicle, which they very quickly cashed; I left with the impression that within a couple of days they would call me to pick up the car once they had done what we agreed they would do (Smog, change front struts, detail/clean the car up). Four days go by and I have heard absolutely nothing from them, so I call. Spoke to Mario (the car salesman I was dealing with). He tells me that they can't find the parts to replace the struts on the car and basically that the car hasn't been touched since I agreed to buy the car on 6/3/19. I get off the phone, I call John Hines Mazda down the street from this car dealership and SURPRISE, not only do the parts exist, they have them in stock right down the street. So, I tell Mario that we need to get this squared away ASAP or we need to cancel out the contract I had signed. A sales manager calls me within a half hour and tells me that they are replacing the struts as we speak. Yes, that quickly, we went from we can't find the parts to; they are replacing them right now. We agree that I will pick up the car on 6/8/19 at 12 Noon. My mother in law drives me to the dealership, drops me off, and goes home. As soon as I arrive, Mario informs me that they are still detailing the car. The sales manager then informs me that the service department was having issues with their SMOG equipment yesterday and the vehicle has yet to have the SMOG done. He then goes on to inform me that they will be taking the vehicle down the street to have the SMOG done. It is now 2pm. I have been sitting at this dealership for two hours when the sales manager approaches me and tells me that the car did not pass SMOG. He doesn't show me the SMOG results, but instead tells me that when the car was reconditioned, items were reset, which is what is keeping the vehicle from passing SMOG, as it has not been driven enough since then. Not once in all this mess did I once hear a sincere apology and/or any concern for the time I spent waiting around for them to call to schedule delivery of the car, nor did I hear a sincere apology for all the time I wasted sitting at this god awful dealership. This was hands down the most ridiculous display of customer service I have ever encountered. Nothing was done to rectify the situation other than to tell me that they would void the contract if that is what I wanted. What I wanted was this car delivered under the conditions they promised. Ironically, there are 4 members of my family actively looking to buy a new car. My first impression of Mario had been so positive that I told my siblings and my mother to go see him. It's a very good thing that we waited to see how my experience with them played out before anyone else in my family engaged in any business with them. Unprofessional, unconcerned, disrespectful, and down right a complete waste of my time. If you are shopping for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. More

The process went smoothly thanks to Service Manger Jeremy Kleiger and Sales Consultant Scott Barker. Jeremy took care of my 2005 Jeep for 14 yrs. Jeremy knows what I like and dislike when it comes to my Jeep. When I arrived I saw a silver Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland sitting right up front. The moment I saw this Jeep I knew this was my next Jeep. When I walked inside the Dealership Scott Barker was waiting for me. Scott asked me if I wanted to see the Jeep Jeremy picked out for me. Absolutely! It was the silver Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland I saw as I drove into the Dealership. A test drive sealed the deal. I picked up my new Jeep the next day. Scott made sure my new Jeep was detailed and fueled up before I arrived. The process was so organized and effortless. Transitioning from a 2005 Jeep to a 2019 Jeep can be daunting unless you have Scott Barker as your trainer. I highly recommend the Sales and Service Dept. at San Diego Jeep. When you buy a Jeep at San Diego Jeep you’re not just a customer....you feel like family. More
