I took my 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara in roughly 3 weeks ago to address 2 recalls I needed to take care of and a check engine light with Evap System Leak codes. GiGi was great as my service mgr in g 3 weeks ago to address 2 recalls I needed to take care of and a check engine light with Evap System Leak codes. GiGi was great as my service mgr in getting me in there and later explaining what needed to be repaired. Since picking up my Jeep all has been well (fingers crossed) to date. The drop-off and pick-up both went smoothly. Would recommend their service dept for sure. More

This is one of the shadiest dealerships I have ever delt with. I went in for service and decided to up grade my 2018 Wrangler that I purchased at the same dealership to the new 2024 4xe. This time around I with. I went in for service and decided to up grade my 2018 Wrangler that I purchased at the same dealership to the new 2024 4xe. This time around I decided to lease. After going back and forth on the different models and pricing all with the 15,000 miles a year pricing the Sales manager switched it on the last quote. When I was in with finance I mentioned that this was changed. The finance manager said "oh hold on" he got up from his desk and went out to talk to the sales manager about it. Only to come back in and say that it was too late "the deal is done". The dealership was about to close for the night. I felt rushed and that the Sales Manager pulled a fast one. btw this is the third Jeep that I have bought from this dealership. Oh and the service department had over charged me 600 dollars that they later refunded me half. I went in for a simple oil leak the cost me 1600$ to fix. So if you are in the market for a new Jeep do yourself a favor and pick another dealership. One that doesn't do shady deals. More
I have my jeep serviced here regularly but ran into an issue with my last appointment. No communication on timing to complete the service from Gigi and couldn't get a return call. I had to go in person to pick-up but they stated my car wasn't ready and I needed it back after 2 days for a 60k mile service. Alex Peralta stepped in to help and took care of everything. He was professional, kind and did a fantastic job of making the situation right! Service advisers here are always kind and nice to work with... I just ran into this communication problem this past time. More
