Needed oil change and tire rotation. Kent Johnson was my service writer and as usual was friendly, professional, prompt amd just a pleasure to do business with. I was out in 30 minutes. Islam was great. Islam made the otherwise annoying process of recall service much better. I'm grateful that he didn't respond to my 'no thank you's for additional work with anything more than 'I'll no process of recall service much better. Horrible service! Told me I needed 4 new tires. I pulled out a receipt from my wallet which indicated that I just purchased 4 new tires 3 days prior to my service appointment. If I could give 0 stars I would, I only give one as it is the only option. I dripped my car 10/26 I had a starting issue which turned out to be my fob, and a wiper issue, a few days after I contacted them af the only option. I dripped my car 10/26 I had a starting issue which turned out to be my fob, and a wiper issue, a few days after I contacted them after a few days, about the motor issue and the key fob, as I had not heard from them. I was told it would be the next day for the motor to arrive which was Wednesday. So I would get my car by Wednesday end of day or Thursday at the latest. Thursday I hadn't heard anything so I called and no one called me back, I called Friday and the operator couldn't find the service advisor who helped me. I called and left a message for her and no one called me back, I called Monday and left another message no reply. Tuesday I called and spoke to an operator and explained the issue and was called back by the operator who informed me the motor part was just coming in and they would begin working on it, also my service advisor had been out for 2 days with an illness. I stopped the service as I need my car back, Wednesday 11/10 I received a call from the advisor and explained I stopped work as I wanted the car back. I go in and they had not even programed the fob. I wouldn't go back to this dealership if it was free service. After I finally got my car i found used gloves and my battery terminals lose in the trunk during covid 19 used gloves.. anyone have any idea how expensive a rental car is for 2 weeks. When a dealership won't give you a loaner or do timely work, or communicate in a timely manner. Go elsewhere! More
