Just had an alignment done. Steering wheel is no longer centered, and it pulls to the left. I can't recommend this service department. I'm hoping they will fix it, since I was charged $129 for the alignment. Probably should just go somewhere else. Service writer was pretty good with communication, but hasn't bothered to call me back after I left him a polite message saying the work wasn't done correctly. More
I've bought 4 trucks through my company over 3 years. This last service, I had a large yellow case stolen which contained laser equipment for construction. My fault for leaving something valuable. I escalated this up to the Dir of Fixed Ops but no success. They won't take responsibility. As a licensed PI, I asked to see the video footage and I would review the 3 days it was there. I have been given the run around and excuses. I was told they watched the video but it's highly unlikely they watched 3 days worth. I'm left with the impression they don't care there is a thief amongst their service department because how do they know it was in there. That response is unapologetic and dismissive. If your brakes squeak, don't expect to get it fixed. They seem to be unable to duplicate a noise but instead give you a crazy estimate to replace everything. 4 times taken to dealer for a wind noise coming from air flap behind dash. I've specifically diagnosed the problem for them. Because they can't duplicate it, they just tell engineering and then nothing ever happens. I've now opened a case at MOPAR and have been assigned a case manager. 3 years of being just a number. More
