San Diego Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

They told me that the tire rotation and oil change was done, and it wasn't. When I picked up my car they told me everything was fine. Three days after, I had again the light telling me the same tire had done, and it wasn't. When I picked up my car they told me everything was fine. Three days after, I had again the light telling me the same tire had less pressure. When I inquired about it, because I was thinking, either they didn't rotate the tires or there is a problem with the sensor in the drivers front side tire, is when they checked the notes and then told me, oh! no, we did not rotate the tires because there is a nail in one of it. They should gave me that information at the time when I picked up my car. I leave the location thinking that the car was service for oil and tires rotation. I did not read the paperwork because I didn't have my eyeglasses, that's why i asked. I guess I shouldn't trust them. They suggest, taking the car to a discount tire, and then bringing the car back for rotation, that they will HONOR the service and will not charge me. Thank you!!! More

Great experience at this location! My girlfriend and I were hesitant to go in and be overwhelmed by the "salesman pitch" which we thought was going to be relentless but it was quite the opposite.
