My Jeep Renegade with little over 25,000 miles needed the whole transmission replaced. My service advisor Fred, showed up 1/2 hour late to work and my “appointment “. He was surly and inefficient. When I got my car back I was informed that even though my car was still under warranty I got a refurbished, not new, transmission. Beyond disappointed with the level of service and lack of quality of vehicle I walked out to get my car. They hadn’t even bothered to run it through their car wash and it was filthy. I couldn’t even see out of the windshield. The driver informed me I had my service advisor Fred to thank for that in a flip tone. I am so regretful that I bought such a horrible vehicle and to have such a poor level service on top of that makes it so much worse. Extreme dissatisfaction would not even get close, let alone MAJOR BUYERS REMORSE. Should never have left Ford. More

Service was easy to schedule. Both drop off and pick up were easy. While I was completely disappointed to find out that my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon with 68k required a new oil pump, Islam answe were easy. While I was completely disappointed to find out that my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon with 68k required a new oil pump, Islam answered each of my questions completely. The part was installed quickly and I picked it up the next day. The Only reason I say 4 vice 5 stars is because the messaging system on which I approved the service should show the total cost, including tax. Otherwise, they provided good service. More

Unacceptable! Over the course of the last 4 months I've been calling regularly to try and schedule the repairs needed for the recall items I have on my vehicle. Each time I get the same 2 responses, "they been calling regularly to try and schedule the repairs needed for the recall items I have on my vehicle. Each time I get the same 2 responses, "they're all busy right now" and "let me take your information and I'll have someone call you right back". I have yet to get a call back!!! Now I take a good chunk of the responsibility for letting these items lag the way they have but I know I've put in the effort and called in the past when the recall notifications came through and remember getting the same responses I mentioned above. I guess they're too busy for me and don't care enough about my safety and their obligations to the Jeep brand so looks like I have no choice but to try somewhere else and hope this treatment isn't systemic. More
I have two vehicles that I purchased from dodge dealership one is a challenger the other one is a mirage which is a Mitsubishi when I take the challenger to this dealer everything is fine I have fi dealership one is a challenger the other one is a mirage which is a Mitsubishi when I take the challenger to this dealer everything is fine I have fix or corrected a couple of stuff at this dealer the customer service is not the friendliest but I can deal with that as long as the job gets done right But when I take the Mitsubishi I always get the sent to a Mitsubishi dealer I brought it once for an oil change the said take it to a Mitsubishi dealer because we don’t have the equipment to service a Mitsubishi second time I brought it to service the ac and I was told the same thing I have the platinum extended insurance which was purchased by this dealer because we had a legal disagreement if this dealer can’t work on other cars that aren’t dodge jeep Chrysler or ram it should say that on the service appointment page on your wedsite so we won’t be wasting each other’s time More
Great experience, upfront to the point no hassle experience. I walked in and let them know what I want, they found the jeep i wanted and I had the paperwork and keys were in my hands in a decent ti experience.
