San Diego Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is great at lip service and poor at customer service and following through on any promises. A couple of days after I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle, it started having and poor at customer service and following through on any promises. When I came in, they suggested I bring it back at a more convenient time because it was near the end of the day. They did not offer me a service loaner which I should get based on my contract. When I asked, they said, oh yeah, you would typically get one we are out. They did not want to pay for even an uber home because I lived 40 minutes away. The manager who was supposed to be calling me has refused to speak with me about making the situation better. The Uber driver that picked me up said he bought a new vehicle, and he had the same issues with them. There are plenty of options of people who will treat you with respect and honesty. I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy. More
