I have purchased 4 new cars and trucks between this this dealer and its branch on Kearny Mesa since 2018., so I am a little disappointed to be writing this. I made an appointment a week in advance to bring dealer and its branch on Kearny Mesa since 2018., so I am a little disappointed to be writing this. I made an appointment a week in advance to bring in my 2018 Dodge Charger in on Friday 7/16/21 for a repeat issue. I dropped it off only to find out, that it will sit over the weekend and only "might" be looked at on Monday. Please tell me I am wrong for being a little disappointed in this? This seems a little curious that I go to the effort of doing this and its a software update on the front end of investigation. Just seems very casual to me to be telling this to a customer regardless of how many cars I have. On the surface this appears to be a lack of my warranty issue being as important as a paying service? I made an appointment and its maybe now going to be looked at on Monday? This is really bad optics to a customer that's purchased so many vehicle's in a short period of time and sends the wrong message of maybe for me to go somewhere else next time? Is warranty work not a priority? I made an appointment well in advance? More
