I chose this dealership because past experiences with Poway Jeep were unsatisfactory. Appointment times were queued a week out, but once the car got into the service bay it was wrapped by noon. I took my pick up in due to a broken cab heater and to replace a cabin air filter. Took my Jeep to get an emergency looked at a possible smoking issue from the coolant system. They kept it for 4 days, the service advisor got fired, and their technician said they found nothing wrong wit smoking issue from the coolant system. They kept it for 4 days, the service advisor got fired, and their technician said they found nothing wrong with it. I didn't get a phone call my vehicle was ready so I drove up there to grab it. I was charged $300 for a clean diagnostic. I took my Jeep to another mechanic and found out I had a cracked heater core that could have been fixed in a few hours. I had to investment $300 for a rental car, $300 for the diagnostic, and the Service department never notified me my vehicle was ready. I will never take my Jeep to them again. I wasted time, money, and misdiagnosis that would have costed thousands of dollars if I didn't take it to another mechanic I could 100% trust. I wish I could rate zero stars. More

I had a few issues with my ram 3500, diesel. They booked me an appointment, and so at $400.00, I towed it there. A few days later, the service advisor told me that they wouldn’t have a diesel mechanic for 3 to 4 months. THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT prior to booking the appointment. After multiple attempts to reach the service advisor by phone, I went down and explained that I just needed some codes cleared. One would assume any tech could perform a simple task like that. The advisor at the rest said no problem, and that my truck would be ready by noon the following day. The next day, I lyfted from work to the dealership. The service person said, “Oh, don’t they call you? Your part arrived and they are working on it today. The truck did need two batteries, so I asked to have that done, $850.00. So I finally go to pick up my truck, no codes cleared and no recall issues repaired. I spent another $450.00 towing it home. It’s too bad and so short sighted to lose a customer for life over a bad business practice. I know a lot of people, and I am going to tell everyone I know about this. If Mission Valley Ram was the only dealership in the world, I’d ride a horse. More
