We have been buying cars now for a very long time, my wife and i are what you would call old. We have dealt with some very bad dealers and some very good ones also. The service we recieved at San Diego Jeep was without a doubt some of the best. Mike our sales rep made everything fantastically simple and Andrew and Cary in the finance office made that part of the deal easy and streight forward, no sitting there for hours wondering if they were going to sell us the truck or not. We opted to not take the truck with us so they would have enough time to prepare and detail it. They did a fantastic job on it and had it ready when we got there. We have dealt some of the high end dealers in the area and the quality of care and effort the whole team at San Diego Jeep is right up there with them. Thank you Mike and everyone there. Great job. Was told to drop my renegade off at 6 .30 am Monday - 5 days later no communication, and nothing was done ! I fetched my car and was told that they were still waiting on approval, then the parts would be o days later no communication, and nothing was done ! I fetched my car and was told that they were still waiting on approval, then the parts would be ordered and only then would the job get done- I was told don't call us, we'll call you when we're ready! It's now 3 weeks later , no communication- the recall work is still not done and nobody responds to calls or messages sent ? Past experiences have been amazing so WHAT has HAPPENED? . Disappointed at the lack of any kind of service. Management FAIL! More

We were greeted as soon as we arrived, very friendly atmosphere throughout the dealership. We met Mike as he was going out the door to pick up our truck, he was on time we were early. Mike got us into the truck for a test drive and sent us on our way. He stayed with is throigh yhe whole process. We were offered water and/or coffee while we waited. We set up to pick up the truck on Monday 9-13, in the afternoon. I would gladly recommend Mike to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. The truck is what i was looking for and the price was great. We were yelled at and told to go away by a rude lady when were trying to get the keys. Sergio provided me the best sales experience I've received in over 15 car and motorcycle purchases I've had. When it came to the finance office their FM Kevin is a LIAR. He told me the maintenance plan had 5 years unlimited miles, which I purchased in confidence. When I asked questions he seemed bothered and was trying to rush through paperwork. Later I asked the Service department and it turned out my plan only covered me for 50,000 miles which is stupid since Jeep Wave gives you 36,000 miles on the house, turned out Kevin LIED. When I reached out to cancel the plan I got the run around for three weeks finally I emailed the GM and Renee was very nice and reached out to me and helped. When it came to the delivery process this was the worst one I've seen in my time in the industry (motorcycle and car sales). In my ten years of sales management I've never met anyone as IGNORANT as Stan. I was amazed at the level of ignorance and wonder how this guy made it into sales management with the lack of tact and a third grade level of English. They failed to deliver my Jeep with the products that I paid for to have delivered, after I told them I was on a timeline. Stan never made it right. Finally I had it with his ignorance and lack of skills so I told him to refund me for the additional products. If it wasn't for me really wanting the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, and considering the Covid Market we are in right now, I would have taken my business somewhere else. I wanted the car for a while and found it here. Sergio provided me with a good experience and has kept up to date with me when I needed something. The two stars were for the effort Renee and Sergio made while working with terrible management and leadership. More
