I came in on a Saturday to have my car serviced. They were extremely busy, but Santo was very kind and helpful. It did take me an hour to be checked in, and about 4 hours to have my car completely serviced, but that's out of their hands. A very nice mechanic I didn't catch the name of helped me find the right check-in and service team. I highly recommend going as soon as they open if you're coming in on the weekend. More
