Making an appointment was difficult. I was told originally that appointments were not available then discovered online that I could make one. I was told that my Jeeps high fan was normal (even when originally that appointments were not available then discovered online that I could make one. Came in for the Mopar maintenance plan which is only oil changes if the dealer tries to say it covers everything. The service advisor Jose was incredible.. very thoughtful and attentive. I came in on a Saturday to have my car serviced. They were extremely busy, but Santo was very kind and helpful. He gave me an accurate estimation on when my car would be ready, and they provided all the were extremely busy, but Santo was very kind and helpful. It did take me an hour to be checked in, and about 4 hours to have my car completely serviced, but that's out of their hands. A very nice mechanic I didn't catch the name of helped me find the right check-in and service team. I highly recommend going as soon as they open if you're coming in on the weekend. More
