About a month the dealership assured me that they did a full inspection to determine any issues wrong with my vehicle. After getting my car back, my front brakes completely go out and were metal to metal. full inspection to determine any issues wrong with my vehicle. Instead, they do another inspection and now find $2,600 worth of repairs needed. I found it very frustrating as we go to the dealer and pay more money for the assurance of the results. Not only did I loose trust in this dodge service team, I believe there lack of due diligence to be a safety concern! More

Service advisors could do better when customers are picking up their vehicles after getting serviced. I picked up my vehicle and asked if there were any issues.
