worst service experience in my life! I had a problem with my Jeep under warrant. The car was towed in San Diego and Roman took care of me. I had to text him many times to get info. He said the car would have been fixed on friday (and it was not ready, and he didn't recall) then he said that the car was going to be fixed on monday but I had to text many times before i finally got a call where he explained me what's wrong with it... I took uber from Irvine to get the car. After 20 miles had the same problem. I went back at 6,03pm but they closed a 6pm. I spoke to Robert (Used Car Manager) who was still there and he didn't want to call on the phone the Service Car Manager. He offered no support at all I dropped the car there and took another uber home because they had no replacement car and didn't offer any support at all the result is that I spent $250 in uber and the car is still not fixed More
