Kept my vehicle for 6 days without even looking at it. This seems to be their normal approach - take the car and then see when someone's ready to look at it after about a week goes by. I took the car back without having a safety issue fixed because I read reviews on their lack of quality repairs and don't want to take the risk. I was told that they would email me details of additional services that my car needed. Instead they texted it and the link expired the next day. I twice more requested an email but never received anything. I do not trust the recommendations made and would hesitate to go there again. More

We were vacationing in San Diego from Az and our car broke down. However on our way back home battery engine light came on again.we stopped in Blythe and the dodge dealership there couldn’t help us.we took it our dealership in Mesa Az and they discovered the ground wire was really loose. We called the San Diego manager Gabriel Ceballos many times and emailed him many times he never replied to discuss a faulty install.Some integrity to at least call us and discuss a simple remedy to a horrible experience will be nice More
