The sales department is and finance department fantastic. However, when it comes to the service advisor I had made this a horrible experience. I told them when I initially brought my vehicle in that I thought it was the transmission. After inspecting the vehicle they assured me that it wasn’t the transmission but a litany of other things that ended thought it was the transmission. After inspecting the vehicle they assured me that it wasn’t the transmission but a litany of other things that ended up costing me over $2300. After taking over a week to fix everything they called me back saying that it was the transmission & it would cost $6300 to fix. I couldn’t afford that so I picked the car up. A day later and the vehicle stopped working altogether (after it had been working for weeks with the issue I originally took it in for. And then, the AC stopped working. This is the second time I’ve taken in my vehicle to this location and after major work the AC stopped working the next day. There is something seriously wrong with this service department. I will NEVER take my vehicle back there, buy a vehicle from there, OR refer people there. More
