San Antonio Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram - Service Center

Called 5 times to get status of jeep, no return calls. When service agent off no one to pick up work load, jeep was there 1 extra day because of no one to facilitate jeep repair. Very poor communication When service agent off no one to pick up work load, jeep was there 1 extra day because of no one to facilitate jeep repair. Very poor communication between service dept and customer. I will not be back. This is a management issue. More
