It still hasn’t fixed my problem .. 5000 dollars later and still not fixed. This is my 3rd time coming to this location for an oil change and every time has been an utter disaster. I’m so confused as to why it takes this location 3+ hours to complete an oil change while other sto change and every time has been an utter disaster. I’m so confused as to why it takes this location 3+ hours to complete an oil change while other stores take 15 min. Everyone walks around like they are so busy but in reality nothing is getting done. What is the point in scheduling a appointment when it takes a FULL DAY to change the oil. I am very displeased with this location and quite frankly I’m glad my warranty is up so I never have to come back again. Aubrey was very sweet and helpful and I know it wasn’t her fault but the fact that I received a video from the service team showing me what needed to be fixed proves they are wasting my time by looking for stuff I didn’t ask for. My time just like everyone else’s is very valuable and the service team doesn’t seem to understand that. More

I was completely unsatisfied with the work done on my jeep. I was charged for a "diagnostic" that could not be fixed. The part was evidently unavailable and they couldn't guarantee the work with a warran jeep. I was charged for a "diagnostic" that could not be fixed. The part was evidently unavailable and they couldn't guarantee the work with a warranty. Why would I pay for a service on my vehicle when it has no guarantee. Furthermore the serviceman I spoke to said that the cluster module was the part that was needed. But then he stated it would be needed to start the repairs but that it could be something else. It doesn't sound like the diagnostic was done correctly if they can't pin point the issue and it "could" be something else. I don't believe I should've been charged for something that can't be repaired. Then if the part was available it could be something else. So again why am I paying full price for this? More
