Even though the service writer was new, the biggest issue I had was communication. Left my car there 8 days for valve cover gasket replacement, window motor repair, clock resetting, and state inspection. I I had was communication. Left my car there 8 days for valve cover gasket replacement, window motor repair, clock resetting, and state inspection. I didn’t even know if my car was being worked on by the 7th day. Texts and left phone messages with service writer that went unanswered for 12 hours+. Responses even then we’re riddled with “not sure” or “need to check on that.” The clock repairs weren’t even made and when I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup, I waited 45 minutes + because the had not even started the inspection process. I will not be bringing my vehicle back here. More
