My appointment was scheduled at 0800. My car was kept for a complete 24 hrs. I was told I would be charged 149.00 for each issue described which would have been over 600.00 had I went with that option. I cho a complete 24 hrs. I received a estimate of over $7000.00 on things that was listed. I was in awe as well as insulted by the prices of the things that we're listed. For instance 66.00 each for a cabin filter and an air filter. Coming up to 132.00 for a replacement of two filters which takes approximately 10 minutes or less to change which not to mention it cost about 21.00 in the retail store which means its about $2 to $3.00 commercially if that. I was told in the video I needed a tune-up as it doesn't look like it was ever touched which is a complete lie as it was just replaced in December of 2019 and I haven't even drove 5000 miles since then. The price for that was over $800.00. The fact that the prices was so unreasonable marked up, on top of a $149.00 charge to find out what was wrong with my car is despicable. Then to add insult to injury Alfred decided to try to add more to the price that was quoted of $149.00 telling me it would be about $180.00 something and he would try to get it as close to $149.00 as possible. Your service department is one of the biggest scammers across the auto mechanical industry that I've ever experienced and it should be closed indefinitely due to the outrageous markups your company is charging customers. I will NEVER return. More
