Will never return to this dealership ever again...my vehicle was there for 3 months and during that time was broken into ,the dealership didn't even bother to let me know until I brought it to there att vehicle was there for 3 months and during that time was broken into ,the dealership didn't even bother to let me know until I brought it to there attention ...upon receiving my vehicle there were signs it had been ransacked and interior trim pieces stolen and my door panels scratched during the process..I asked is there anything they can do on their behalf and for failing to notify me of the break-in and they said no, and sent me off. After that poor customer service from service the dealership had the audacity to call me next day saying they'd like to purchase my vehicle that I just got back after 3 months and broken into and trade in for a new vehicle..will never purchase anything from them due the handling of the entire situation. The service was great...... I was scheduled at 11am but was said that I wasn't in the system at all. But I got an confirmation email showing that I was scheduled for 11am and ended up stuck up there until almost 1pm (12:47).
