First off the dealership didn't know my car was there until I pointed it out 3days later. After said day it took well over 24hrs to give me any clue if my car was even being worked on. The issue cost 2k until I pointed it out 3days later. After said day it took well over 24hrs to give me any clue if my car was even being worked on. The issue cost 2k to fix for an item I found else where and replaced in 30mins with a screwdriver. Then to make sure I was charged 155 dollars for looking at my car?! I think this is dealerships or at least that location have such a bad reputation. More

Terrible experience. I had an appointment for an oil change, got to the dealership 20 minutes early, and was still there for over 4 hours. All for an oil change. I asked how much longer and was told 20 change, got to the dealership 20 minutes early, and was still there for over 4 hours. All for an oil change. I asked how much longer and was told 20 minutes.. after waiting another hour and a half I went to check again and they said they were finishing up the paperwork. They sent me a digital checklist to which i said no to everything and made it very clear at the beginning I only wanted the oil change. However the tire rotation was checked off that I had already agreed to it, when I didn't, and it wouldn't let me change it to decline. When brought to advisors attention and managers attention neither of them cared and acted as though it was normal to add extra services without the customers consent. Worst experience ever. More
