Visiting SA from out of town we were basically stranded with rear end differential problems looking for a repair. We got a 7:30 AM appointment for the next day and stopped by the afternoon before to try to with rear end differential problems looking for a repair. We got a 7:30 AM appointment for the next day and stopped by the afternoon before to try to get an idea of what could be done. We were told that just because that was our appt time that did not mean that they could look at the car at that time. It might be afternoon or next day to get the work done. For the rear end differential pinion bearing replacement we got a $1600 labor quote, with the part at $161 making the hourly labor rate at $189, unbelievable! Then being told that the part was in Dallas! We ended up taking the risk and drove back home 300 miles at 40 mph at night rather than being taken to the cleaners by this rip off business! More

The beginning of my visit at your dealership was pleasant. Audrey, my advisor, met me at the service station and asked me the reason for my visit. She brought me inside and showed me where to wait until my car is ready. This is exactly when the visit went downhill. I was just visiting the dealership to get an alignment. My appointment was at 9, I didn’t get a message/update on my car until 1130am. I was unaware the dealership was behind on servicing vehicles. If so, I would’ve arranged a ride while I waited. Around noon, I got an update on my jeep, that it needdd (overpriced) services. I was under the impression that the exam over my jeep was complimentary and if there was anything that needed attention, then I would be charged. After waiting FIVE hours to get my jeep back, I declined all services because I didn’t have time to wait any longer. During check out, Audrey, the service representative, informed me that I needed to pay $190. I was completely unaware that the fee to look at my vehicle would be so unbelievably high. We spoke and the dealership said they could include the alignment with the diagnostic for $159. Of course after spending that much money and waiting that long, I needed something to walk away with, so I agreed to the alignment. the alignment took about 30 mins. So after a 6 hour day at the dealership, I was charged $159 for a test and an alignment. 6 hours. I was unimpressed by the miscommunication and blind sided by the cost of the services. I have no intentions of coming back to this dealership. More

Took my truck in for a noise that happens every time on start up, I was notified vie text that my truck was ready. When I picked up it was obvious the noise was still present. I contacted the person who texted me who was not even a service advisor but someone who works in parts. He had no clue as to what was going on. Also was told I would get a detail since I just purchased the vehicle from the dealership. It was obviously not detailed. Most likely just ran through their wash machine. More
