The last two experiences in your service department has been horrible. A few months ago I had services and new brakes done to my Chrysler 300 once completed days after the proposed completion date my tire been horrible. A few months ago I had services and new brakes done to my Chrysler 300 once completed days after the proposed completion date my tire sensors were going off I went back and forth with your service department for days until they "fixed" it needless to say it still comes on from time to time and I without an vehicle for a week. Toady my husband had his Dodge Ram towed to your office because of a class 3 leak. We received an email stating that his appointment was at 1 pm at 6 pm after hearing nothing from you guys he called and someone told him that that appointment was to just talk and that he will have to leave his vehicle there for 3 more days to get looked at. When he expressed his frustration and told them why would he have his truck towed there to just talk they rudely told him " you know what we aint working on it then just come get it" He reminded them that it was towed there or a reason and their response was "well I guess you need to get it towed again" and hung up. I am truly disappointed because we are diehard Dodge/ Chrysler lovers yet for some reason we continue to get such horrible service from your team not to mention the disrespect. People are spending 100's to 1000's of dollars at your office just to be treated like this. I am so disappointed and disgusted. More
Took my truck for gas tank issue. 5 hrs later told to pick it up cause tank needed to be 1/2 tank in order to do diagnostic. Well a week later took it almost empty but now being told that it will take 4 pick it up cause tank needed to be 1/2 tank in order to do diagnostic. Well a week later took it almost empty but now being told that it will take 4 to 5 days for a diagnostic...🤬🤬🤬🤬 bunch of b.s .. may if mechanic's weren't Falling asleep on job things could be done! Yep I have pictures of them hiding behind tool box asleep 😴 💤 but yet it's gonna take 4 days hold on 5 days. Never again doing biz with them again. And to think I was just about to recommend my daughter.. 👎👎👎👎 More

Got a good deal on a Jeep Renegade, but not without issues. The test drive showed the engine to be on, therefore it wen to the Service Dept. to be repaired. At that point, communications became a huge problem. My salesman was not able to get me a satisfactory answer as to the problem with the vehicle, and it caused a delay of several days. At this point, Sales Manager Spencer Ramos stepped in and cut through the BS, as I was promised it would be ready a certain day and it wasn't, resulting in a unnecessary 300 mile round tri. I was, however, reimbursed for the trip expense so that was fair. After some good inquiries by Spencer, it was disclosed that the multi-air actuator was faulty, a $1,000 part. The dealership finally resolved this, and after a week and a half, my Jeep was delivered to my doorstep. Moral of the story: make sure you establish good communication with you sales person, and they in turn have good communication with other departments should any issues arise. More
