Came to this dealership 3 years ago and they replaced the engine in my truck. Have been returning to perform regular maintenance service since. Overall good service although they did put the wrong oil filter engine in my truck. Have been returning to perform regular maintenance service since. But during this last visit the mistake was acknowledged and, Allen, our service advisor made sure correct parts were used this time around. More
Service Department is in complete disarray. Oil changes take anywhere from 2 - 4 hours minimum. Tire rotation is not possible because this Dodge dealership cannot keep “DODGE WHEEL HUB KEYS” provided to th take anywhere from 2 - 4 hours minimum. Tire rotation is not possible because this Dodge dealership cannot keep “DODGE WHEEL HUB KEYS” provided to their service techs. They had to borrow mine only after I ran a couple errands AND they didn’t think it prudent at all to go ahead and start the oil change while I ran my errands. Worst part is I stood and watched my truck be serviced and there were no tires rotated, yet the receipt they gave me said they did. Integrity is severely lacking at this business and they do not seem to be concerned. More

We have a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with a serious navigation issue. We contacted this dealership and dealt with a lack of communication. We finally got them to deal with the problem. They kept our Je navigation issue. We contacted this dealership and dealt with a lack of communication. We finally got them to deal with the problem. They kept our Jeep for two days to install what they called a new radio - only to find out that did NOT fix the problem. To make matters worse, when we went to pick up our Jeep we found out the “new” radio not only didn’t fix the problem, we now have NEW problems. It was revealed that the radio isn’t actually new. It’s a supposedly refurbished one that was removed from another Jeep because it had problems and that Jeep doesn’t test the “refurbished” radios. So it could very well have had the same exact problem we originally had (although I doubt that since this one doesn’t even get a GPS signal at all). The dealership has to try TWO untested, “refurbished” radios in our Jeep before any further action can be taken. At least that’s what we were told today. Information seems to be revealed a little bit at a time at San Antonio Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. But it gets worse: now we no longer have functioning Bluetooth because this radio they put in is worse than what we had! When we brought this to their attention, the employee suggested we use a cord to connect our phones like it was no big deal that the radio didn't work properly. How is this acceptable? This "new" radio/console does not always work. At times the screen simply loses it's touch screen functionality. I can't even adjust the temperature in the car. I've had to restart the Jeep multiple times to get the screen to work. I realize some of this is out of the dealerships control. But they have a serious lack of communication that is completely in their control. We've experienced a lack of concern for their customers. Maybe because the sale was already made? Actually, one employee was concerned after we were contacted by corporate and expressed our dissatisfaction. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but this has been going on for two months now. I'm just so fed up and frustrated with this dealership. ETA: We were told a "new" radio would be at the dealership on March 13th. Then were told never mind that, it won't be there until the end of March. How do you go from "it'll be here in a few days" to "never mind, it will be a few more weeks". We've already been waiting since February. The XM Sirius service that came with the Jeep purchase has stopped working now. This keeps getting worse. Rather than deal with this service department, we will wait until the next radio comes in for them to fix it. More
