The first time I went I got my heater core replaced. I was informed that they would call and give me updates on my vehicle but they never did so I was the one always having to reach out. Then when i finally got my car back the headliner had black stains on it. The second time I took it for the transmission; I asked if I would be getting an update on how long but I never did. Three weeks later and after a hail storm I get my vehicle back and its filled with mud and a bunch of dust. I detail my vehicle regularly so this was very disappointing to see. I also took it in with 90miles and to check my a/c they had it running full blast they said for an hour. So i left back home with 30 miles on my vehicle. They're friendly when they greet you, but then youre just a number once they have your vehicle.
