I brought my car in for recall work and was told it would take 1.5 hours. It ended up taking 7-8 hours. The communication of the team was poor as I had to text/call multiple times for a check up on the work take 1.5 hours. It ended up taking 7-8 hours. The communication of the team was poor as I had to text/call multiple times for a check up on the work with no recent updates. I also ordered a part to be replaced on my car and they assured me that they'd text/call me when it came in. Well, it has been 2-3 weeks after the time frame and no response to a text or call when I tried to get a check up on the part. Because of this, I simply ordered the part straight from Mopar and took my business to a local mechanic to get it replaced. More

I do not know how service functioned before Covid, but if it was super at one time, it definitely has gone down. The guy who handled my paperwork was great as far as courtesy n responding to my inquiries. Th it was super at one time, it definitely has gone down.
