I brought my car in for recall work and was told it would take 1.5 hours. It ended up taking 7-8 hours. I also ordered a part to be replaced on my car and they assured me that they'd text/call me when it came in. Well, it has been 2-3 weeks after the time frame and no response to a text or call when I tried to get a check up on the part. Because of this, I simply ordered the part straight from Mopar and took my business to a local mechanic to get it replaced. More
