My car has been there for two weeks. Supposedly it's waiting for a part. I have to call to get updates. I was told that the repair would take 1-1/2 hours so I waited. It took 2-1/2 hours. I would not have sat there for that long if I knew how long it would take. Anthony and the staff in the service department were on their game!!! They took care of my recalls and had me out in a timely manner. The second time I had to go back they were accommodating enough to give their game!!! They took care of my recalls and had me out in a timely manner. I never owned a Dodge before but this dealership is running their business like a well oiled machine. The staff in Part Dept. helped me out more than they know!
