Went in for an oil change and I asked about a part I waited almost 3 mths, for but they never called... apparently my service person was no longer there & my repair was forgotten and there was 1 part av waited almost 3 mths, for but they never called... apparently my service person was no longer there & my repair was forgotten and there was 1 part available. After taking care of that issue I was called and asked if I wanted an oild change since my car was there 🤷🏻♀️ I explained that was the initial reason for my visit. I was also surprised my 1 tire that needed air wasn't addressed or topped off w air. More
