After picking up my car from an oil change and a wheel clean up within less than a mile after driving it, the check engine light came on. Before taking the car there I had no issues so I do no think it wa clean up within less than a mile after driving it, the check engine light came on. Before taking the car there I had no issues so I do no think it was just a coincidence that this happened right after picking up my vehicle. After taking my car back to get the check engine light fixed, I dropped off my car on Saturday and it wasn’t seen until afternoon on Monday, which is semi understandable due to yall being closed on sundays, but Throughout the process of my vehicle being there the second time, I got little to no updates and response the the text messages. I was setup with Randall who was amazing but once I got assigned to David that’s where there was no communication. I don’t have another car I can drive to work, so while my car was in service I wasn’t able to go to work. At one point David hadn’t responded in over 24 hours and I had tried to call the service department more than 4 times and no answer after hanging up after waiting 15 minutes each. I am extremely unsatisfied with the customer service and communication I had received. I finally got in contact the next day by calling and I asked for an update on my car and they said it was already ready. So who knows how long it was ready?? Maybe I would have been able to pickup my car a day earlier and been able to go to work a day earlier as well. I work in service as well and this lack of communication would not pass at all here. A simple update or response would have sufficed. The first time my car was in for an oil change I got text updates and text responses whenever my car went to the next step and even got a text that the service was completed and ready for pickup. Allen was amazing and was extremely helpful. But this second time I got none of that, no update texts, no completion texts, nothing. More

I was send a text messages with services provided for approval and I had accepted the services. Once I arrived I was handed a bill with total different amounts and I didn’t review it against the informat approval and I had accepted the services. Once I arrived I was handed a bill with total different amounts and I didn’t review it against the information I had approved until I was home. It was definitely a very expensive oil change for the type of car I have. I will be going directly to the dealerships to clarify this information. I have never pay a $131 dollars oil change bill. There was not new services as the ones usually provided. More
I called the day before the repair to ensure the parts were available for the recall. I was assured they were. This was a lye. I dropped of the truck and paid for a Lyft to take me home. 2 hours later I g were available for the recall. I was assured they were. This was a lye. I dropped of the truck and paid for a Lyft to take me home. 2 hours later I get a call that the parts are not available. It would be at least 3 weeks for the parts to arrive. On top of that I had an oil change done and get charged $7 for a document storage fee. More
