San Antonio Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram - Service Center

Inexperienced, and overall not dependable to come through on their lack of work,I've had this car in several times and its not fixed,was told by the service mgr that my car would be taken in for another repa on their lack of work,I've had this car in several times and its not fixed,was told by the service mgr that my car would be taken in for another repair and they never bothered to get back to me on the scheduled date of pick up. As of today,July 5th,the car is still making the same noises I addressed in May, when I originally took it in!And after being in 2 times for a total of 3 weeks,they still can't get it right?
