I am a college student that works parttime, looking for an economical car, so I sent an email to Mr. Evans at the dealership and got a prompt reply. By the next day after speaking to Mr. Evans I was intro an economical car, so I sent an email to Mr. Evans at the dealership and got a prompt reply. By the next day after speaking to Mr. Evans I was introduced to Jigs Patel & Delbert Harden (salesman). I was shown some vehicles to fit into my payment plan and budget plus took into consideration my likes and dislikes. It was a very nice experience getting a car with these folks. On the day that I picked out my Toyota 4 cylinder vehicle :) (excellent on gas) Mr. Patel and Delbert were quick and professional while finishing up paperwork. Taking the time out to answer any and all questions. Mr. Howard was very friendly and made us feel right at home (my father-in-law & I). After Mr. Howard finished the finance part of the deal, Mr. Delbert and another co-worker followed me home and delivered the car that I had chosen to my door. Why did I choose this place? Well, I had contacted other dealerships close to my neighborhood (78228) and they were aloof or too aggresive. When I made the initial contact with Mr. Evans, He called me and sent me an email letting me know that whatever financial situation I was in, they cared, they wanted to sell me a car, and wanted me to be happy with their service...And the rest of the experience (with the other staff) was just the "icing on the cake". He was extremely responsive to our desire to purchase a vehicle from San Antonio Dodge which was over three hours drive from our buying experience. Adam is the best guy you can get! He worked with us and helped us every step of the way. Adam was able to answer all of our question and if it was something he didn't know right off hand he would find out helped us every step of the way.
