Oil Change Package I purchased an Oil Change Package good for 4 oil changes a couple of years ago. When I was told about the package I wasn't told it had an expiration d I purchased an Oil Change Package good for 4 oil changes a couple of years ago. When I was told about the package I wasn't told it had an expiration date. I drive very little on my Dodge Ram 1500 and I made the Advisor aware. I have 16000 miles on my 2011 Dodge Ram 1500. I visited the dealership today to get the oil change because I had a notice on my truck. I was told the Package I purchase was expired and I would have to pay the full price. I asked why I wasn't told there was an expiration date and I was told the manager would not honor the expired Package. Dale Fischbach, Advisor, offered me another package. I asked him why was he trying to sell me a package I would not be able to use because I don't drive a lot and don't have to get the oil changed that often. I cannot believe the manager would not honor the package. I will not take my Dodge Ram back to their location. I got screwed out of my $99.99 Package and had to pay an additional $76.75 for the oil change today. Jiffy Lube will get my business from now on. More

We spoke with her on Friday night and flew in to San Antonio on Saturday evening and Jenna picked up at the airport and shuttled us over the the dealership. We had the entire transaction wrapped up within 45 minutes. What a great experience we had with her.
