Experience was long and tiresome. Spoke with them letting them know I was in town for a VERY short time period and that we had already been to another dealership haggling with them. Still took them over 4 ho them know I was in town for a VERY short time period and that we had already been to another dealership haggling with them. Still took them over 4 hours to finally reach a deal on a vehicle. I wasnt asking for anything out of the ordinary, but felt that they put me in a bigger pinch because they knew I had to take what deal was coming my way. After finally agreeing and getting everything taken care of we left as overall happy customers. However, when I got home I remembered that I had left a couple items in my vehicle. I immediately called Calvin and let him know that I would like these items back if at all possible. After not hearing from him after a couple days I called him again, and he had said that he shipped them out along with my extra key. My extra key gets to my home with no items with them, and to top it off its the wrong key all together. I call and let Calvin know, and he said he didn't know what happened to my items and there was nothing he could really do about it. As for the key, he said I could go to another dealership to get it reprogrammed... this would not solve the issue for the key not actually fitting the vehicle. He then said he would try to find the key, but two days later I still have not heard from him. It has been a very tiring experience that has taken over 3 weeks to get everything settled. I shouldn't have to be the one calling every day to get an update for something the dealership has forgotten. Not to mention having sentimental items stolen from you. I wouldn't recommend this dealership at all unless you want a long process, and want to do all the leg work to get the kinks worked out. More
