We wont return to this dealership. It hasnt changed any what so ever from Mission Dodge. Service Department personnel were rude and told us that WE need to contact Dodge about our extended warranty. Len was extremely personable and made my first car-buying experience great. He is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience in the field. Only problem I had was with the guy in finance who seemed angry and was slamming on his keyboard because I chose to not buy the GAP program. He kept badgering me for a reason and frankly, I don't need to justify my decisions to anyone, especially not when I am paying $33,000 for a new car. He was rude and short and dampened the day a little, but Len made up for it with his bubbly personality and constant smiles :) As a member of the US Army I will caution my fellow coworkers about the man in finance (don't remember his name, stocky hispanic male).
