Paying $1600 for a fuel pump replace which only takes a hour to lift up the rear seat to install it. These dealerships should be ashamed. More

Lifetime Warranty - 5yr Inspection Was in and out in couple of hours with no hassle & without trying to sell me unneeded services...which was not the case on my last 5yr inspection...so Was in and out in couple of hours with no hassle & without trying to sell me unneeded services...which was not the case on my last 5yr inspection...so improvement has been noted... Very patient and helped us find what we were looking for in a vehicle. Ron was very courteous and a straight shooter on the deal. Finance was not looking out for our best interest to find the lowest rate after declining Chrysler high interest rate. Out of the many lenders to choose from only one other was offered while I have top tier credit scores. Lesson learned find my own loan ahead of time. More

My only reason for 3 star rating is the back entrance has no signage to direct you to the service deptartment and it is extremely congested. Also, they make find your car in the congested parking lot...I literally walked around a bit until I saw my Jeep among all the other jeeps in the lot. This needs significant improvement...definitely not customer oriented. More
