Horrible Service I work in the service industry. This by far has been the worst service experience I have encountered in years. The service associates, seemed extremel I work in the service industry. This by far has been the worst service experience I have encountered in years. The service associates, seemed extremely uninterested in providing even the most menial of service standards. Just the basic interactions were poor. No handshakes. No customer appreciation. Barely even made eye contact. And as previously stated, seemed very unconcerned about resolving the issue with my vehicle. Over the phone I had to make 7 calls to attempt to check on the status of my vehicle. Call 7 resulted finally in the answer of “not sure when it will be ready” then was transferred to yet ANOTHER voicemail when inquiring about a loaner vehicle. Once I did receive my vehicle back the issue was not resolved and I told them what they had done was not going to resolve the issue. The service gentlemen just said “ I don’t know” and walked away. Therefore I had to once again return the vehicle for the repai I knew was not fixed. This honestly has been the worst service I have ever received. I am now about to purchase a vehicle for my wife and this dealership would be the absolute LAST on my list. I will say this, my salesman was absolutely amazing. A gentlemen by the name of Cliff. He was the one highlight in what ultimately has been an awful car buying experience. More

I explained the situation and every person I talked to there were patient and more than willing to help as best as they could. If the vehicle I wanted couldn’t be worked out, they were patient with me and helped me look for another. I didn’t get exactly what I wanted but after reviewing contracts and all things considered, all people involved did the best that they could to help me and without going into specifics, they did better than I could have hoped for. After a couple of days, I am more than happy and comfortable with my purchase and I am thankful I dealt with this dealership rather than any others. More
